Tibetan Centre for Conflict Resolution will be recruiting two trainees to join the TCCR staff team after the completion of Trainers’ Training Programme. The gross salary would be Rs. 21,845.
This is a two-month residential training programme that will train 20 trainees in the concepts, tools and skills of Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Facilitation, and Counselling. The certified trainees then become TCCR Trainers and are eligible to apply for permanent jobs at TCCR and also eligible to be hired for conducting workshops by the Centre.
Two full months of education that will not only prove valuable for future job opportunities but become important lessons useful for a lifetime. All this at no cost at all from the individual’s side. TCCR will bear food and boarding charges throughout the duration of the Training Programme and also reimburse the basic travelling charges.
Trainers from TCCR who have over thirteen years experience in teaching Conflict Resolution in the Tibetan and other communities. TCCR is organising this programme for the third time. We have also put together a very strong team for various panel discussions and experienced guest teachers who would be joining the programme.
· Any Tibetan fluent in Tibetan and English.· Those in possession of an up-to-date green book and RC.· Graduates in any field or possessing an equivalent diploma or certificate.· Those who believe in the merits of non-violence and democracy and have an interest in serving the Tibetan community.· Those who are interested in becoming professional conflict resolution trainer, mediator and counsellor.

Other required documents are a Resume, attested copies of your Green book and RC, a recommendation letter from your local authority and any certificates or documents (attested) that support you.

Venue: The House of Peace and Dialogue is a very comfortable and serene premises located at the Upper TCV School in Dharamsala. Two or three participants will be required to share rooms.
