Job Title: Chef (Norbulingka Hospitality)
: Developing and implementing a menu of Tibetan and international dishes based on ingredients available locally
: Training assistant chefs in making dishes on menu and maintaining quality standards
: Maintaining a clean kitchen
: Delegating duties and managing restaurant staff based on customer inflow
: With the help of General Manager, training waiting staff and ensuring a high level of service
: Minimum three years experience cooking in an upscale restaurant
: Minimum one-year diploma in culinary studies from reputable school
: Management experience and leadership qualities
: Proficiency in Tibetan and English
: Self- motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
: Willingness to stay for at least 3 years
